Delete your StrideUp account

You can delete your account inside the app or send a request without reinstalling it.

Delete inside StrideUp

Open Profile, select Delete account and data, review the warning, and select Delete permanently.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address associated with your StrideUp account. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

  • Your Firebase Authentication identity
  • Your cloud workout records
  • Local workout history on the device used for deletion
  • Your locally stored StrideUp profile photo

Account deletion is permanent. Firebase may require a recent sign-in for security. Email requests are processed after account ownership is verified.
